Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Department Manager to join our team at Anthropologie. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for supporting service, selling, and business operations to achieve an engaging and inspiring store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience: Act as a brand representative to promote a positive and inclusive environment in the store, in line with the values of the SPARKED program.
  • Leadership + Team Management: Participate in leading the salesfloor and driving engagement in each zone through elevated communication; guide the team to prioritize the customer experience and achieve store objectives.
  • Visual + Business Operations: Support daily operating processes such as opening and closing procedures, maintaining store standards, restocking product, and helping with facilities or IT issues.
  • Communication + Relationships: Contribute to an inclusive work environment by actively listening to others and seeking different perspectives.
Requirements
  • Anthro brand fan
  • 1+ years of retail leadership experience
  • Experience being a team player
  • Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the organization
