Key Responsibilities

We are actively recruiting for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a Management Trainee, you will start gaining insights into our operations from day one while working at one of our local branches. You will be responsible for representing Enterprise to customers and partners while also becoming an operational expert behind the scenes. Throughout our structured program, you will acquire the essential knowledge and skills needed to eventually manage your own branch, foster new business, and develop your team.

In our practical learning environment, you will receive the mentorship and support necessary for your success. You will also engage with the community to build the essential relationships for your business development.

We will equip you with the skills to excel in customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations. You will learn the importance of prioritizing our customers. Our culture fosters friendly competition, which is vital for both our business growth and your personal success.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree is required.
  • A minimum of 6 months of experience in any of the following areas is necessary: Sales & Customer Service (including commission sales, retail, hospitality, or restaurant/bar settings) or Leadership (including military, athletics, or community involvement).
  • Candidates must be at least 18 years old.
  • A valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years is required.
  • No alcohol or drug-related convictions on driving records in the last 5 years.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship for this position now or in the future.
