Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sales floor and team to prioritize customer satisfaction effectively.
  • Assist patrons in fitting areas, providing insights on product styles and fits.
  • Develop lasting customer relationships through follow-ups and event invitations.
  • Stay updated on new arrivals and best-selling items to share with customers and the team.

Focus Areas:

  • Motivate the sales team to achieve targets in a collaborative, commission-driven environment.
  • Remain informed about fashion trends and activewear to offer expert guidance to customers.
  • Oversee projects while emphasizing the significance of customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate inventory needs to align with business goals.

Leadership and Management:

  • Supervise product deliveries and manage inventory with precision.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Manager on daily operations, sales tactics, and team alignment.
  • Maintain store aesthetics and operations, including restocking, visual displays, and cleanliness.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols during store opening and closing.
  • Inspire team members to excel and fulfill their responsibilities effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Availability for morning/evening shifts, 8-hour workdays, 5 days a week, including at least 1 weekend day.
  • Proven leadership in punctuality, attendance, and adherence to schedules.
  • Ability to forge strong connections with customers and team members.
  • Expertise in customer service, crafting positive experiences, and proactively resolving issues.
  • Strong multitasking skills in a dynamic environment.
  • Quick learner with exceptional organizational and follow-through capabilities.
