Key Responsibilities

As an Endoscopy Sales Associate, your primary focus will be on engaging in clinical cases and providing troubleshooting support within hospital Operating Rooms. You will collaborate closely with the Endoscopy Sales Representative to foster business growth.

  • Support Sales Representatives in the marketing, promotion, and sales of Stryker products.
  • Educate healthcare professionals about the proper use and maintenance of Stryker products, including updates and educational initiatives.
  • After thorough product training, customize Stryker's promotional messaging based on customer insights, advise on product selection, and address inquiries regarding product functionality.
  • Facilitate product evaluations in both OR and office environments.
  • Assist in organizing and executing trade shows, conventions, and clinical meetings.
  • Regularly update the regional manager on territory developments.
  • Resolve product-related issues for customers promptly.
  • Manage and maintain a sample inventory of products.
  • Comply with all OR and relevant OSHA guidelines during product evaluations.
Qualifications
  • 0-2 years of experience in an external sales role, preferably in medical fields.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
