Key Responsibilities

As an Endoscopy Sales Specialist, your primary focus will be on supporting cases and addressing challenges within hospital Operating Rooms. You will collaborate closely with the Endoscopy Sales Representative to sustain and expand business opportunities.

  • Assist Sales Representatives in marketing, promoting, and selling Stryker products.
  • Educate and inform medical professionals about the proper usage and maintenance of Stryker products, including functionality updates and educational initiatives.
  • After thorough product training, customize Stryker's promotional messaging based on customer insights, provide guidance on product selection, and address inquiries regarding product functionality while differentiating Stryker's offerings from competitors.
  • Oversee product evaluations in both Operating Room and office environments.
  • Support the organization and execution of trade shows, conventions, and clinical meetings.
  • Regularly update the regional manager on territory developments.
  • Resolve product-related issues for customers promptly.
  • Manage and maintain a sample inventory of products.
  • Comply with all Operating Room and relevant OSHA guidelines during product evaluations.
Qualifications
  • 0-2 years of experience in an external sales role (preferably in medical fields).
  • Bachelor's degree required.
