KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Tax Strategy Associate to join our Business Tax Services practice.

Responsibilities:
Deliver tax compliance and advisory services to corporations and partnerships across a diverse clientele, from Fortune 100 companies to emerging enterprises.

Engage in accounting for income taxes (ASC 740) and tax provision calculations.

Collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide industry expertise and experience.

Oversee teams of tax professionals and assistants working on client engagements.

Advise clients and ensure the delivery of high-quality tax services and guidance.

Participate in and contribute to market and business activities outside the firm; cultivate and manage client relationships.

Qualifications:
A minimum of two years of recent corporate tax experience in an accounting firm, corporation, and/or law firm.

A Bachelor's degree, J.D., LL.M. in taxation, and/or Master's in taxation (MST) from an accredited institution.

Proficiency in corporate taxation, consolidations, partnerships, and a solid understanding of ASC 740.

Exceptional advisory and compliance skills.

Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with the capacity to convey complex information clearly.

Capability to manage multiple engagements and client service teams.

Any offered salary is determined based on relevant factors such as the applicant's skills, job responsibilities, prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and market considerations.
