Key Responsibilities:
Conducts all standard service operations independently at Tier I level. Performs standard Tier II tasks with guidance. Capable of executing routine preventative maintenance within designated timeframes. Completes high-quality repairs.
Addresses fabrication issues by collaborating with fellow engineers and engaging in escalation discussions. Validates operational quality of system equipment independently. Provides assistance to senior engineers as required.
Adheres to all checklists and protocols, ensuring the correct revisions of procedures and schematics are accessible prior to commencing work.
Aims to implement Best Known Methods (BKM). Utilizes knowledge management systems effectively. Complies with all Intellectual Property (IP) regulations.
Competent in diagnosing and resolving recurring technical challenges. Consistently demonstrates the ability to execute escalation plans. Capable of resolving day-to-day issues. Experienced in systemic issue resolution. Able to support the preparation and presentation of technical matters to both internal and external stakeholders. Possesses knowledge of fundamental theories. Requires minimal assistance to interpret circuit diagrams. Focused on a single primary product and platform. Executes projects aimed at cost reduction and increased operational uptime.
Employs diagnostic techniques and utilizes documentation and testing equipment with support from senior engineers (Testing). Capable of diagnosing and resolving technical issues (Corrective maintenance). Leverages training and experience to identify some process, software, or hardware-related system challenges (Predictive maintenance).
Takes ownership of ensuring complete customer satisfaction within the designated work area. Aids in planning, communicating, and coordinating support strategies with customer management. Adheres to all safety protocols and consistently prioritizes safety as a core value.

Salary Range:
$41.80 per hour. The salary offered to a selected candidate will be determined based on various factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and consideration of internal equity among current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may qualify for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and stock award program, as applicable.


For all sales roles, the posted salary range represents the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
