  • Respond to service inquiries from customers promptly.
  • Assess customer requirements or challenges and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Offer remote consultation and support, as well as on-site repairs when necessary.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance on our products to ensure optimal performance.
  • Establish and oversee local maintenance services tailored to client needs.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and our applications team for any modifications required.
  • Analyze market demands and customer applications of our offerings.
  • Prepare and submit application reports to management in a timely manner.
  • Support sales initiatives and foster strong relationships with customers.
  • Engage in sales meetings as needed to align on objectives.
  • Provide training and mentorship to fellow field service engineers as required.
  • Timely submission of various reports, including service, weekly, and expense reports.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in an engineering capacity or as a Field Service Engineer within the semiconductor industry.
  • A strong desire to engage directly with customers.
  • Willingness to travel domestically to various client locations as necessary.
