The Returns Operations Specialist plays a crucial role in managing the processing and crediting of expired returns from trade customers. Responsibilities will be executed in adherence to all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including FDA, DEA, SOX, and J&J Quality Standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all SAP transactions related to the management of Returned Goods at the designated Returns Center.
  • Issue credits to direct-purchasing customers for compliant returns according to the established Return Goods Policy.
  • Ensure accurate pricing for all pharmaceutical returns.
  • Collaborate with third-party returns providers to ensure timely closure of all financial periods in compliance with SOX requirements.
  • Monitor returns monthly, compiling essential data such as UPC/NDC, Lot Code, Quantity, Returning Customer, Processing Date, and Reason for Return.
  • Generate ad hoc return reports for key stakeholders, including Commercial, Finance, Logistics, and Revenue Reconciliation teams.
  • Provide support for internal audits conducted by the Quality Assurance and Finance teams.

Compensation:

Hourly rate ranges from $23 to $28, depending on various factors such as skills, experience, and education.

Benefits will commence on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, along with HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and access to a 401k retirement plan with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as mandated by applicable law.
