- Collaborate with other university departments to achieve facilities-related goals
- Master's degree in architectural, electrical, mechanical, or industrial engineering
- Four years of technical and supervisory experience in facilities, construction, and project management
- Additional experience in project scheduling, NC Building Codes, and OSHA regulations
- Licensed/Professional Engineer Certification
- Membership in the Association of Higher Education Facilities Officers (APPA)
- At least six years of technical and supervisory experience in a multi-building environment
