About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and fashion-savvy Client Advisor to join our team at Neiman Marcus Group. As a Client Advisor, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships with clients through elevated selling, exceptional customer service, and personal engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a customer-centric mentality and demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge.
  • Improve sales through technology and wardrobing, and understand how to showcase product differently based on client preferences.
  • Utilize selling tools and digital store technology to sell, use omni-channel and fleetwide inventory.
  • Achieve personal sales, client conversion, and wardrobing goals, and strategize own business to increase individual productivity.
  • Utilize digital tools and social media to connect with clients and guide intentional traffic.
  • Create a positive work environment through collaboration.
Requirements
  • Motivated with an ability to set and achieve sales goals.
  • Experienced with technology and has experience selling to clients using digital tools.
  • Styling, fashion, and fashion retail experience.
  • High School Diploma / equivalency required.
