Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Veterinary Practice Consultant to join our team at Cubex LLC. As a Veterinary Practice Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing the Profit Solver software and providing coaching for customers within the veterinary industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement the Profit Solver software with assigned clients, quarterly meetings, and consulting advice.
  • Meet implementation goals of 5-6 completed implementations per month.
  • Take new and renewal customers through the Profit Solver implementation process, including kick-off meetings, P&L reviews, service and time and motion studies, consulting on pricing and efficiency improvements, and quarterly meetings.
  • Schedule and conduct webinar meetings with assigned clients during the implementation journey.
  • Coordinate with the outside sales team and/or direct manager on implementation feedback to generate renewal opportunities for the sales team.
  • Maintain customer implementation milestones via Salesforce.
  • Communicate weekly with leadership on the status of accounts to achieve implementation goals, remain cohesive, and capitalize on selling renewal opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (RVT or related experience/education) is required.
  • CVPM/CVT preferred.
  • Highly proficient in Excel and Outlook.
  • In-depth understanding of veterinary practice operations and services.
  • Understanding and knowledge of how P&L works in the veterinary industry.
  • Salesforce CRM experience a plus.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in veterinary practice or a related industry position is preferred but not required.
