Job Title: Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at B2 Constructors, LLC. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing commercial construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with our high standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning & Management: Develop detailed project plans that cover scope, schedule, budget, and resources, and manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring they stay on track and within budget.
  • Problem Solving: Address issues that arise, troubleshoot, and find solutions to keep things moving smoothly.
  • Client Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors.
  • Team Leadership: Oversee and mentor project teams, including project managers, engineers, architects, and subcontractors, and foster a positive and collaborative team culture that encourages growth and innovation.
  • Quality Control & Safety: Ensure construction activities meet high-quality standards and project specifications, conduct routine inspections and audits to maintain quality and safety standards, and promote a culture of safety, ensuring all activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Risk Management & Budgeting: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to minimize them, prepare and manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost control, and provide regular updates to clients, senior management, and stakeholders to keep everyone informed.
Requirements:
  • At least 10 years of commercial construction management experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Project and/or Primavera P6 for project scheduling.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Leadership Skills: You should be comfortable leading teams and making decisions.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Able to troubleshoot and find solutions on the go.
  • Financial Savvy: Strong understanding of budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiar with BIM, Procore, and other construction technologies.
  • Willingness to Travel: You'll be visiting job sites as needed, so having a valid driver's license and reliable transportation is essential.
Preferred but Not Required:
  • PMP or CCM certification.
  • Mechanical project management experience.
  • Private sector project experience.
  • OSHA 30 certification within the last five years.
  • Proficiency in takeoff and estimating software (e.g., On-Screen Takeoff, FastPipe, Bluebeam, PlanSwift).
