Position Overview

Gaskins + LeCraw is a premier, comprehensive firm providing surveying, planning, and engineering services throughout the Southeast. We are currently in search of a DIRECTOR OF RESIDENTIAL ENGINEERING for our Residential Division.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • The Director of Residential Engineering will lead, mentor, and oversee a team of Project Managers, Engineers, and Technicians.
  • Evaluate and assess the performance of engineering staff.
  • Prepare and present project proposals and updates to clients.
  • Oversee and forecast project management activities.
  • Drive project pursuits and initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
  • PE Registration is mandatory. If not currently licensed in Georgia, the ability to secure a GA PE license through reciprocity is essential.
  • A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in residential site development projects is crucial for this role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are necessary.
  • Prior experience in managing project teams, budgets, timelines, and deliverables is expected.
