About the Role: As a Customer Service Trainee, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with our Senior Level Sales and Client Support teams to learn and master skills in sales and marketing, market analysis, client engagement, and customer support. This entry-level position is ideal for candidates with a passion for developing excellent client relationships and a desire to thrive in a competitive corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate the full cycle sales process through collaborative presentations with customers to educate them on exclusive promotions and product benefits.
  • Analyze consumer trends to identify potential customers and maximize sales opportunities and customer retention by communicating directly with customers.
  • Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and quality control teams to exceed business objectives and track individual and team performance standards.
  • Support the optimization of new promotional materials by attending regular client meetings to analyze product performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and execute new sales and marketing strategies to enhance the consumer experience, increase revenue, and maintain brand awareness.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client or customer-facing role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
