Job Title: Senior Manager, CX Strategy

At Merkle, we're seeking a seasoned Senior Manager, CX Strategy to join our team of talented marketers. As a key member of our CX Strategy team, you'll play a critical role in helping our clients achieve their business goals.

About the Role

We're looking for a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of customer experience and digital marketing. As a Senior Manager, CX Strategy, you'll be responsible for developing and executing omni-channel marketing plans that drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of strategic marketing plans that integrate customer experience, data, and technology.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date on the latest marketing technologies and strategies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Measure and analyze the impact of marketing initiatives on business outcomes.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in data-driven marketing, with a focus on customer experience and digital marketing.
  • 3+ years of experience in an agency or consulting firm.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
