Job Title: Classification & Compensation Analyst

Location: NYC, NY

Hours Per Week: 40.00

Hours Per Day: 8.00

Days Per Week: 5.00

Job Summary:

The Classification & Compensation Analyst will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Executive Order 21 and related laws. This includes prohibiting employers from inquiring about or relying on job applicants' salary histories to determine compensation. The role will also support efforts to modernize the classification and title structure to align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies for compliance with Executive Order 21 and related laws.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to modernize the classification and title structure.
  • Provide expertise on compensation analysis and regulatory compliance.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of four years of relevant experience.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation analysis, classification systems, and regulatory compliance.
Education:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college.
