Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Analyst to join our team at Syntagma Group. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a critical role in managing our compensation and classification processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compensation Management: Manage the intake process for compensation and classification forms, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Classification and Analysis: Classify positions as exempt or non-exempt, conduct salary surveys, and analyze wage and salary data to inform compensation decisions.
  • Database Maintenance: Maintain and update the compensation database, job code tables, and troubleshoot compensation standards in hiring systems and forms.
  • Merit Pay and Reporting: Oversee the process for annual merit pay increases, collect and analyze data, and prepare compensation reports.
  • Time and Attendance: Process and audit time and attendance records, ensuring accurate internal and external reporting.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with the team to approve job actions, ensure proper coding, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 2+ years of progressive experience in human resources management with a focus on compensation.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Skills: Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, data validation, and tables; familiarity with HRIS systems, including running queries and handling data.
