We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Account Representative to join our Johnson Controls team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving the growth of our fire safety solutions business.

Salary & Benefits:

This role offers a competitive salary range of $59,600 - $65,000, plus a sales commission plan that rewards project, quarterly, and annual margin achievements. Our benefits package includes paid vacation/holidays/sick time, 401K, medical, dental, and vision care, and a company vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:

Your primary focus will be on selling fire safety solutions to clients across various industries. To succeed, you will need to possess strong presentation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to captivate audiences through individual and group communications. A post-secondary education and experience in sales methodologies are essential.
