Job Overview

The Service Sales Fire Account Representative III plays a vital role in driving growth and profitability by promoting service agreements for commercial building systems such as fire alarm and security.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell service agreements for commercial building systems
  • Meet and exceed financial targets
  • Demonstrate knowledge of each stage of the sales cycle and process
  • Prove-able sales results, including acquisition, organic growth and retention
  • Manage territory and develop strategic plans
  • BUILD lasting relationships with clients

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education
  • Aptitude for technical knowledge with high level of attention to detail
  • Enviable presentation skills, complete with the ability to captivate in both individual and group communications
  • Selling of 'service' and intangibles
  • Exposure to sales methodologies, standards, and disciplines

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2-3 previous progressive sales roles preferred, but not required
  • Knowledge of fire and life safety industry
  • Knowledge and experience in SalesForce.com
  • Knowledge and exposure to Acclivus training and methodologies

Salary & Benefits

$59,600 - $65,000 per year, plus competitive benefits package, including comprehensive health insurance, 401(k), paid vacation/holidays/sick time, company vehicle, and more. Salary range is determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
