Strategic Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Strategic Sales Executive to join our team at Johnson Controls. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling service agreements for commercial building systems, including fire alarm, suppression, sprinkler, security, sound, communication, and inspection.
About the Role:
The Life Safety Preventive Service Sales Executive position is critical to our overall growth and profitability. The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting and exceeding financial targets, demonstrating knowledge of each stage of the sales cycle, and delivering provable sales results. You will also have the opportunity to develop yourself through meaningful work projects and learning opportunities.

- A competitive salary range of $59,600-65,000, with the potential for additional earnings through our Sales Commission Plan

Your Skills and Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education and a strong aptitude for technical knowledge
- Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to captivate both individual and group communications
- Selling experience, particularly in the realm of intangibles and service-based products
- Exposure to sales methodologies, standards, and disciplines
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2-3 previous progressive sales roles, preferably in the fire and life safety industry
- Knowledge of Salesforce.com and Acclivus training and methodologies
