Key Responsibilities

- Establish and oversee appropriate care levels for patients.

Qualifications
- Possess a current unrestricted medical license in the relevant state.
- Hold an unrestricted DEA license for the state.
- Earned a medical degree (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited institution.
