1. Deliver personalized massage treatments, ensuring guest comfort and safety by assessing their needs and contraindications.

3. Prepare treatment rooms and workstations, ensuring cleanliness and organization throughout your shift.
4. Engage with guests to promote comfort and satisfaction, regularly checking in during treatments.
5. Market and sell spa services and related retail products to enhance guest experience and spa revenue.
6. Adhere to all safety protocols and report any incidents or unsafe conditions to management.
7. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions, upholding the standards of Marriott International.
Qualifications:
- A valid state or regional massage therapy license is required.
- A minimum of one year of relevant experience in a spa or wellness environment.
- Completion of a technical, trade, or vocational school degree in massage therapy is preferred.
Compensation:
Compensation for this position is based on service type and commissions, with additional hourly pay for training and other duties.
