Job Summary:

The Massage-Body-Hydro Therapist is a key member of our Spa team, responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests through the administration of massage therapy, body treatments, and hydrotherapy treatments.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide quality professional service to guests, ensuring a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.
  • Perform various types of massage, including Swedish, Sports, Shiatsu, deep tissue, and Reflexology.
  • Be proficient in all components of massage therapy, including anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
  • Offer a range of body and hydrotherapy treatments, such as exfoliation, masks, and wraps.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the Spa facilities, ensuring they are in proper working order.
  • Prepare treatment rooms, clean after each treatment, and manage inventory levels of linens and supplies.
  • Provide Spa tours and promote Spa-approved facial and body products.
  • Check appointment schedules, print daily activities, and complete daily reports.
  • Ensure inventory control through proper usage of products.
  • Maintain passing scores on treatment inspections and current licenses and certifications.
  • Assist with front desk or locker room functions as needed.

Requirements:
  • Current licenses and certifications in massage therapy and related fields.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of professionalism.
  • Physical stamina to perform massage and body treatments.
