Key Duties
  • Provide support and guidance to individuals in their daily living activities.
  • Develop and implement individualized service/recovery plans.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of individual progress and service delivery.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure comprehensive support services.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Valid Driver's License and CPRP/RPRP Certification preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team.
