As a Clinical Support Specialist - Psychiatric Services at Devereux Pennsylvania Children's Services (DPACS), you will play a vital role in supporting the mental health and well-being of our clients. This position is responsible for establishing and maintaining a therapeutic rapport with adolescents while assisting, supporting, and instructing individuals in self-help, coping skills, and positive behavioral interventions outlined in a clinical treatment plan.

The ideal candidate will have high school diploma and two years' direct care experience or a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college with at least twelve credit hours in a human services discipline. Physical requirements include significant amounts of walking, sitting, and standing, some lifting and/or managing resistance related to applying physical intervention techniques upwards of 75-100 lbs., and occasional use of computers and office equipment.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $18.00-$20.52 per hour, opportunities to learn and grow in the behavioral health and human services fields, specialized training opportunities including PBIS, ABA, TIC, Safe and Positive Approaches, DBT, and IEP, quality low-cost benefits, student loan debt assistance, and a 30-day benefit eligibility waiting period.
