About the Role

Peregrine Senior Living at Clifton Park is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Compliance and Resident Rights: Ensure compliance with all regulations regarding residents' rights and maintain a thorough understanding of these regulations.
  • Activities of Daily Living: Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, changing of bed linens, positioning, transfer, mobility, and incontinence care as needed.
  • Medication Management: Assist in monitoring medication programs and dispense medication in accordance with physician orders and as stated on the Medication Administration Record for all residents.
  • Resident Monitoring: Monitor and report any resident changes in condition in accordance with and rules and regulations and PSL policies.
Requirements
  • Licensure and Experience: Licensed Vocational Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse with a current license in good standing and a minimum of one year of experience working as a nurse serving a senior population.
  • Compassion and Desire: Demonstrate compassion for and a desire to work with elderly individuals.
