As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the higher employee band and more complex end of the midmarket space.

Your primary focus will be on consulting with potential clients to determine the optimal solutions to solve their business challenges and accommodate specific business needs. You will also be responsible for presenting Paycor products and services to potential clients, developing and maintaining excellent relationships with assigned referral sources, and owning individual accurate monthly and quarterly forecasts.

In addition, you will analyze current practices of potential clients and identify additional sales opportunities, meet or exceed agreed upon sales activity and sales targets, and assist in the conversion process for new clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Identify potential clients in the higher employee band and more complex end of the midmarket space through prospecting and referrals
* Consult with potential clients to determine the optimal solutions to solve business challenges and accommodate specific business needs
* Present Paycor products and services to potential clients
* Develop and maintain excellent relationships with assigned referral sources
* Own individual accurate monthly and quarterly forecasts
* Analyze current practices of potential clients and identify additional sales opportunities
* Meet or exceed agreed upon sales activity and sales targets
* Assist in the conversion process for new clients

**Requirements:**

* 3-6 years' experience in consultative, B2B sales with a proven track record of success
* Able to excel in a fast-paced work environment without direct daily supervision
* Excellent interpersonal, communications, presentation, and organizational skills
* Strong mathematical aptitude and problem-solving skills
* 4-year business degree

**Competitive Compensation:**

We anticipate the base pay for this position to be between $65,000 - $115,000. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for uncapped commission.
