Position Overview:
The Florida Vocational Institute is in search of a dedicated and articulate individual to fill the role of a Student Recruitment Representative within our Call Center.

This role is perfect for someone who is enthusiastic about higher education and is committed to assisting students in reaching their professional aspirations.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Student Recruitment Representative, you will be instrumental in aiding prospective students with the admissions process and guiding them through the diverse career education programs available at our institution.

Our commitment to providing exceptional instruction and secure hands-on learning experiences is paramount.

We aim to facilitate a pathway to a new career in under a year, offering both daytime and evening classes to fit various schedules.

Beyond classroom instruction, we are devoted to providing job placement assistance and financial aid based on eligibility.

Our state-of-the-art facilities are equipped with the latest medical and technological resources, complemented by small class sizes and options for both on-campus and live online instructor-led courses, ensuring an optimal learning atmosphere for our students.

Responsibilities Include:
- Conducting outbound calls to prospective students, providing comprehensive information about our programs and the admissions process.
- Assisting potential students in completing the enrollment process, including collecting necessary documentation and guiding them through each step.
- Establishing and nurturing relationships with prospective students to facilitate a seamless transition into their educational journey.
- Following up with interested prospective students who have not yet enrolled.
- Offering guidance and support throughout the application and enrollment phases.
- Maintaining accurate and current records of all student interactions and inquiries.

Qualifications:
- An Associate's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
- Prior experience in customer service or sales, ideally in a high-pressure call center setting.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Detail-oriented with the capability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required to accommodate prospective students' schedules.
