KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Business Evaluation and Monitoring:

  • Perform comprehensive assessments of business performance to uncover challenges, opportunities, and trends.
  • Deliver actionable insights to guide marketing strategies and decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate internationally with key markets to evaluate performance across Asia, Europe, Australia, and Canada.

Project Leadership:

  • Manage packaging projects, cost-reduction initiatives, and other strategic undertakings.
  • Work alongside cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective project execution.

Financial Oversight:

  • Supervise budget management and tracking for the marketing department.
  • Guarantee precise and efficient resource allocation to optimize return on investment.

Marketing Implementation:

  • Execute components of the marketing strategy, including pricing promotions, in-store displays, and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure cohesive and impactful marketing efforts.

Special Projects:

  • Assist brand teams with various special projects as required.
  • Adapt to changing business needs and contribute to unique initiatives.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Assume further duties as necessary to support the marketing team and overall business goals.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, business, or a related discipline.
  • 2-4 years of prior experience in marketing analytics, business analysis, or a similar field.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with a proven history of delivering insights and recommendations.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in PC applications, including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Demonstrated ability to cultivate effective team relationships and collaborate effectively.
  • Familiarity with marketing systems and tools (e.g., Nielsen, IRI) is advantageous.
