POSITION SUMMARY

The primary role involves addressing service requests in the field and managing these requests in accordance with established procedures.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct in-person assessments for homeowners as required.
  • Evaluate the necessity for corrective work orders.
  • Lead investigations to identify root causes of issues.
  • Coordinate and execute service tasks through collaboration with the Customer Care coordinator and vendors.
  • Oversee trades to ensure service requests are completed to customer satisfaction.
  • Perform minor service-related tasks, such as adjustments and repairs, as needed.
  • Foster and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  • Conduct quality inspections of homes prior to customer handover.
  • Determine accountability for trades concerning back charges and purchase orders.
  • Authorize payments for completed work within approval limits.
  • Adhere to legal protocols and manage necessary workflows.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction metrics related to serviced clients.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This position requires the ability to sit, stand, and move, with the capacity to exert minimal force of up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 80 pounds. Candidates must be able to climb ladders and scaffolding to access all areas of the building and work in various weather conditions.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Required: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Preferred: Bachelor's Degree.
License: Valid Driver's License, as driving is an essential function of this role.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Minimum of 1-3 years in customer service and warranty roles or equivalent experience. Candidates should possess a strong customer focus, adaptability to different personality types, and a commitment to quality service and follow-up. Basic construction knowledge, excellent communication skills, analytical abilities for root cause analysis, and basic computer skills are essential. Familiarity with cost management is also beneficial.
