  • Process and verify various financial transactions, including cash handling and maintaining accurate records.
  • Engage with clients to assess their needs and recommend appropriate STAR products and services.
  • Handle loan, credit card, and other payment transactions efficiently.
  • Maintain an accurate cash drawer and ensure compliance with operational policies.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support.
  • Assist in initiating new accounts for clients.
  • Address customer inquiries and issues promptly, either directly or through appropriate channels.
  • Provide account-related information and assist with additional services.
  • Stay informed about bank products, services, and procedures.
  • Complete annual compliance training as required.

Selected candidates will have the opportunity to advance to a Personal Banker II role after completing 90 days of employment and fulfilling certification requirements.
