We are a growing, fast-paced physician-led healthcare organization, RENALCARE ASSOCIATES S C, seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Medical Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering and directing phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Entering accurate and timely information into our electronic health record system
  • Providing administrative support to our healthcare team, including scheduling appointments and managing patient records
  • Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring a positive and welcoming environment for our patients

Requirements:

  • At least one year of previous experience in a medical office setting, preferably with EPIC
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • A strong work ethic, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
