Position Overview:
  • Establish and nurture a positive organizational culture while promoting transparency, education, safety, and accountability.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to devise a comprehensive strategy for the campus dining services.
  • Achieve excellence in areas such as Guest Experience, Client Satisfaction, Financial Performance, and Regulatory Compliance.
  • Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing food service programs through strategic planning.
  • Oversee resources, sales, finance, human resources, and customer service with complete accountability.
  • Foster team development, conduct performance assessments, and plan for succession.
  • Recognize client requirements, anticipate market trends, and enhance satisfaction through commercial strategies.
  • Effectively communicate updates and new initiatives to clients.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience in campus dining or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and interpretive capabilities.
  • Proven expertise in upscale food service, including multi-unit management.
  • Experience managing a total volume of $25M or more.
  • Skilled in project management for dining operations.
  • Ability to make informed decisions based on financial insights and client needs.
  • Familiarity with HACCP standards and food storage protocols.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and certified in ServSafe/Health standards.
