Key Skills and Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the CPG industry
* Proven track record of success in managing regional or national accounts
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

Compensation and Benefits
* Estimated annual salary: $135,000 - $170,000
