About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team at Van Cleef & Arpels. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales team in delivering exceptional client experiences and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Boutique Director to develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and improve client relationships.
- Lead by example on the sales floor, motivating the team and ensuring excellent customer service.
- Support the team in achieving performance goals through feedback, coaching, and successful sales closures.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
- Assist the Boutique Director in supporting and guiding the team in all aspects of operations, including policy and procedures.
