Senior Sales Manager - F&B

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to spearhead the growth of our luxury gourmet brand in North America. As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan to target premium channels, including online retailers, airlines, hotels, and supermarkets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a sales strategy to drive growth and expansion in the North American market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across various channels, educating them on our premium product offerings.
  • Drive sales growth through effective negotiation and partnerships with key clients.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for expansion.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create initiatives that increase brand awareness and support sales efforts.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of sales experience within the F&B or confectionery industry.
  • Proven success in establishing and maintaining relationships with high-profile clients, including online platforms, airlines, hotels, and supermarkets.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with a results-driven mindset.
  • Experience in the North American market is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining alignment with company objectives.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working with luxury or premium food brands.
  • A strong network of industry contacts within the target sectors.
