Job Overview

Luxury Homes Realty seeks a seasoned Sales Manager to lead our buyer-side team to success. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for hiring, training, and mentoring a top-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed organizational goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Lead and participate in negotiations, open houses, property tours, and high-profile sales events.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of stellar real estate sales experience, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting/exceeding goals as an individual contributor.
  • Prior sales experience is extremely important.

  • A competitive salary range of $95,500 - $112,500 yearly.
