Sales Manager, Luxury Retail

Are you a sales professional looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Richemont.
Job Summary:The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer service. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing sales teams, and ensuring that sales targets are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and increase revenue
- Manage sales teams, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure they meet their sales targets
- Collaborate with the Boutique Director to support and guide the sales team in all aspects of sales
- Ensure the delivery of excellent customer service, elevating the boutique experience to drive sales growth
- 4-5 years of experience in a luxury retail environment
- Prior supervisory experience is required
- Strong selling and closing skills are essential
- Proficiency in Excel and Word is required
- Fluency in a foreign language relevant to the market is preferred
