Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Beauty Advisor to join our team at International Shoppes, LLC. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, selling luxury merchandise, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Assist clients in finding merchandise and recommend additional products
  • Ensure highest level of customer service and achieve sales goals
  • Monitor stock levels and report any issues to management
  • Demonstrate product knowledge and provide personalized recommendations
  • Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment
  • Assist with maintaining stock levels of brand merchandise
  • Perform light cleaning duties as needed
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Proven knowledge and selling experience with cosmetics, skincare, and fragrances
  • Minimum of one year of previous customer service or selling experience in luxury
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and adapt to novelty and change
  • Must be flexible with schedule and willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
