Luxury Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager at Neiman Marcus Group Careers, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences in a luxury retail environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead sales teams to achieve maximum sales and growth, aligning with company vision and values.
- Oversee merchandise presentation, returns, and damages, collaborating with merchant and vendor partners.
- Manage team execution, anticipating and adjusting for risks and roadblocks to maintain departmental performance.
- Contribute to strategic goals for the store and set priorities by department.
- Review business with applicable Buyers for department and discuss action plans to produce positive results.
- Establish plans and strategies in partnership with Client Development Lead(s).
- Analyze internal and external customer behaviors, trends, and preferences, adjusting processes and standards accordingly.
- Plan and complete departmental budgets, ensuring guidelines are followed to minimize operating expenses and maximize revenue.
- Support audit compliance to enforce department and stockroom controls, as applicable.
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in luxury retail fashion.
- Track record of achieving results.
- History of building, leading, motivating, and coaching teams.
- Win together mentality.
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
- Certain roles may require standing, bending, climbing stairs, and lifting and carrying up to 10 pounds.
