Business Development Director

The Business Development team at Argenx plays a crucial role in identifying and executing strategic partnerships, collaborations, and licensing agreements that drive the company's growth and innovation.
As a key member of this team, you will leverage your expertise in deal negotiation, contract management, and stakeholder engagement to deliver high-impact business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and build relationships with key stakeholders in the biotech and pharma industries
- Develop and execute business cases for strategic partnerships and collaborations
- Negotiate and manage licensing agreements and contracts
- Drive due diligence and diligence coordination
- Represent Argenx in external stakeholder engagements and partnerships
Requirements:
- 6-8 years of experience in business development, licensing, and contract management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Entrepreneurial mindset and creative problem-solving skills
- Master's degree in a science or business discipline or MBA
