Job Description

At eClerx, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Director to join our team. As a key member of our Financial Markets division, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the Finance & Accounting staffing and services space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships
  • Utilize cold calling, prospecting, and networking to identify and qualify potential clients
  • Collaborate with our delivery team to forecast pipeline, coordinate client onboarding, and ensure seamless handoffs
  • Provide regular updates on sales funnel activity within our Salesforce CRM

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 6+ years of outside sales and cold calling experience
  • Finance & Accounting staffing or recruiting sales experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets

What We Offer:
