Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships
- Utilize cold calling, prospecting, and networking to identify and qualify potential clients
- Collaborate with our delivery team to forecast pipeline, coordinate client onboarding, and ensure seamless handoffs
- Provide regular updates on sales funnel activity within our Salesforce CRM
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 6+ years of outside sales and cold calling experience
- Finance & Accounting staffing or recruiting sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
What We Offer:
