We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Representative. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for growing our Auto, Life, and Home insurance business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
  • Solicit new business opportunities through various lead sources.
  • Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
  • Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, mortgage lenders, title companies, and other industry professionals.
  • Identify and pursue new financial services opportunities.
  • Encourage customer referrals and explain our referral program.
  • Stay up-to-date on underwriting, rating, and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain knowledge of new products and services.
  • Prospect and generate new business through leads and referral sources.
  • Provide accurate and competitive insurance quotes.
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts and relationships.
Requirements:
  • Must have a Property and Casualty insurance license.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to create relationships from a cold start.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in multitasking, follow-through, and follow-up.
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Strong work ethic and leadership skills.
  • Ability to handle customer rejection.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong listening and closing skills.
