Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to support our business operations. This role will focus on providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and prepare correspondences, reports, and other formal documents.
  • Coordinate schedules and appointments, as well as plan events and meetings.
  • Greet and assist onsite guests, providing a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Answer inbound telephone calls and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital.
  • Perform various office tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and communication.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in office administration or a related field is required.
  • The ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment is essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year
