**Job Overview:**

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Services Coordinator to join our team at TopHAT Logistical Solutions. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing daily delivery responsibilities of in-home delivery contract carrier teams.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in logistics and delivery services, with experience in route planning, team supervision, and customer service. They will also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, clients, and staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate daily routes and delivery schedules to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods.
  • Supervise in-home delivery contract carrier teams to ensure high-quality service and meet customer expectations.
  • Collect and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, clients, and staff to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics or delivery services.
  • Strong knowledge of route planning and scheduling software.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
