About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Construction Operations Specialist to join our team at Nelson Group Construction Corp. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the administrative and logistical aspects of our residential development projects, ensuring smooth operations and successful completion.

As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with senior management to understand their vision and design preferences, develop and present design concepts, and oversee the execution of interior design projects from concept to completion. You will also ensure compliance with building codes, apply for and secure local building permits, and manage project timelines.

Key Tasks:
  • Coordinating project timelines, permits, and documentation.
  • Developing and presenting design concepts, including layout plans, color schemes, and material selections.
  • Ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.
  • Applying for and securing local building permits.
  • Supervising on-site work and ensuring accurate implementation of design plans.
