About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled **Senior Salesforce Automation Specialist** to join our team at BinaryBees Consulting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automated testing solutions for our Salesforce applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Skills:
    • Salesforce Expertise: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Salesforce's proprietary programming language, Apex, and its applications in custom business logic and triggers.
    • Visualforce: Design and implement tailored user interfaces using Salesforce's Visualforce framework.
    • Lightning Components: Build dynamic and interactive web applications using Salesforce Lightning.
    • Automation Tools & Testing: Utilize Selenium WebDriver for automating web-based applications and Java testing frameworks such as JUnit or TestNG for executing automated tests.
    • Jenkins: Leverage Jenkins for continuous integration and automated test execution.
    • Data Management: Expertise in Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL) and Salesforce Object Search Language (SOSL) for querying and manipulating Salesforce data.
    • Data Loader: Experienced in using Salesforce Data Loader for importing, exporting, and updating data.
    • API Testing: Understanding of Salesforce's REST and SOAP APIs for comprehensive integration testing.
    • Version Control Systems: Proficient in Git for version control, managing test scripts, and collaborating effectively with development teams.
    • Web and Mobile Testing Experience: Experience in testing across web platforms and mobile applications.
  • Domain Knowledge:
    • Salesforce Objects and Relationships: Thorough understanding of Salesforce standard and custom objects, field types, and object relationships.
    • Salesforce Security and Sharing: Knowledgeable in Salesforce security models, including profiles, roles, and sharing rules.
    • Business Processes: Familiar with key Salesforce business processes such as Lead Management, Opportunity Management, and Case Management.
  • Requirements:
    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
    • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of IT development experience or equivalent expertise.
    • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with business partners and IT staff.
    • Problem-Solving: Adept at researching issues and proposing solutions.
    • Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
    • Leadership: Capable of directing and coordinating the work of team members on projects without formal HR management responsibilities.
    • Programming Knowledge: Proficiency in relevant computer programming languages as required for the system.
