Position Overview:

Our client, a prominent film production company, is seeking a Brand Partnership Marketing Coordinator to join their dynamic team on a hybrid work model. This role is designed to provide coverage for a temporary leave.

Contract Duration: This is a contract position aimed at covering a temporary absence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in securing and managing both global and regional partnerships, overseeing the process from initial concept and negotiation through to creative execution.
  • Facilitate the procurement, evaluation, and activation of partnerships across more than 60 international markets, engaging with various media channels including television, radio, retail, digital platforms, and social media.
  • Support international markets by contributing to the development of pitch strategies and materials, offering creative guidance and feedback as necessary.
  • Create and assess creative timelines, manage external partners' submission schedules, and ensure timely implementation of campaigns.
  • Evaluate creative submissions and gather necessary feedback and approvals from both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with the legal team to ensure that all partnership agreements, contracts, and non-disclosure agreements are properly managed.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in brand partnership marketing, preferably within the entertainment or media industry.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Experience in global markets, with a focus on international collaboration.
  • Strong presentation skills, including proficiency in PowerPoint, Keynote, and deck creation.
