About the Role:
As a vital member of our customer support team, you will play an essential role in enhancing customer experiences and fostering relationships. Your responsibilities may include welcoming customers at the front desk, assisting them at the service counter, and managing various branch-related tasks.

Key Requirements:
- A genuine desire to assist customers with their financial needs (previous banking experience is not necessary).
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and deliver exceptional service.
- Commitment to acting with integrity and care, ensuring customer queries are resolved effectively.
- A collaborative spirit, working closely with branch colleagues to meet customer needs.
- Flexibility to work in various branches and on Saturdays as required.
